4. Digital Advertising & Analytics

We may partner with advertising networks and ad-serving providers that display ads for us on other platforms (such as social media and search). Some of these ads may be personalized based on information collected about your use of our Sites and other sites over time, known as interest-based advertising. We may also use analytics providers to understand how our Sites are used.

You can learn about and opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance's WebChoices tool at aboutads.info, the DAA's AppChoices app for mobile, and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org. You can also manage ad preferences within your device or browser settings.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Sites, remember your preferences, understand usage, and measure advertising performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some functionality of the Sites.

6. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our Sites and Services may include or link to third-party tools and websites (such as video players, payment processors, and analytics). Those third parties have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or policies. We encourage you to review their privacy notices.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information in identifiable form only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was provided or, if longer, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or satisfy similar essential purposes. We consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information and applicable legal requirements when determining retention periods. Once the retention period expires and we are not otherwise required to keep it, we delete or de-identify the information.

9. Your Choices

To opt out of marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing message. If you opt out of marketing, we will still send messages related to our transactions and relationship with you, such as order confirmations and project updates. For interest-based advertising choices, see Section 4. For any other privacy choices, contact us at [email protected].

10. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Certain U.S. states grant residents specific rights regarding their personal information. Depending on your state, you may have the right to: request access to or a copy of the personal information we hold about you; request correction or deletion; opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or targeted advertising; and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected and disclosed (to service providers, for the purposes above) categories such as identifiers, contact and professional information, financial/billing information, internet activity, and the content you provide. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]; we may need to verify your identity before responding.

We process personal information based on your consent, to fulfill a contract, to comply with the law, or for our legitimate interests (such as customer service, product development, and security) where not overridden by your rights. Please be aware that your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside your jurisdiction, where privacy laws may differ. You have the right to request access to, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent.
